When compared to everyone else's they are not. They're about $2-4 more per hour than what's currently posted. Regardless of how we feel about the rates, this industry will never pay what it should. Who keeps the rates down? Mainline, but that's just business and I don't blame them for playing the game.

How about restoring the ExpressJet rates? They've been down for a year.
