it's bitter sweet.. I am really going to miss all of my co-workers! I really have had such an amazing experience here over the past 5 years! Everything non-frontline aside.. If you want an amazing training experience and fly with some of the most wonderful captains who actually take their experiences and help you to be a better pilot.. Pick Xjet! I would have never been prepared for this interview if it wasn't for our training department and our captains!

Its about filling classes with good candidates and rah has had a terrible time filling Q classes with warm bodies- its why that program is stalled. As for the 170, standards are at an all time low. Im not one to cry shortage, but when decent candidates are hard to find, what do you call it?

You talking to me??!!...... Been to couple interviews performed well with no attitude problems meet all qualifications. Was even pre-offered a job at one regional. But this is working against me. I guess this career is really not forgiving at all. You can be the best pilot or best employee but one mistake is never forgiven. Isn't that seems to be unfair????
