I like the Q&A about Q400 pay. It says that nobody else who does CPA in the continent operates Q400s, then it mentioned that Horizon is different because they are owned by Alaska. Then it mentioned that the only person they could compare was the rates that Colgan but they went bankrupt. SO they can't compare the rates to Horizon??? RIght!!!
Funny, they used AE and Piedmont to compare us to. Insert surprise here...
Stopping negotiations was a bad mistake and many of us pointed it out at the time, to no avail.
Their proposal was still insulting and regressive.

The majority of pilots at most regionals are trying to move on. Acting like it is the worst job in the world and then still working there just makes you like you've never had a real job before or came from an only child family. Especially the guys on here whining about pay when they are bypassing upgrades so they can stay on the 170.

The people here who ***** the most upgraded in less than 2 years or are part of the "36.62" club who got hired with 300 hours. While they got a job with an airline I moved across country, threw bags, and flight instructed. Yes, $36.62 is bs, but c'mon!

I'm curious though, did you click on a thread that has nothing to do with you, then, complain about other people complaining? It just seems odd.
I see that you may be an employee here. So actually, you just think people shouldn't describe the working conditions or miserable pay rates, to educate new hires.

I'm sorry starship, but you are wrong on both counts at least in my case.

If you've never had another aviation related job besides flight instructing then you probably won't understand it's pretty much the same everywhere. If you want to argue over the nuisances of pay and work rules from regional to regional, fine, whatever, you'll be miserable for life. People leave here all the time for better jobs or they've had enough of the airlines so there's your out.
