You always get to choose your base/equipment based on what is available. I heard the last few classes have been DFW, JFK/LGA, and MIA.

First day when you show up the whole class is taken into a classroom, everyone is welcomed and looks over the class roster to ensure information is correct. Then you will be assigned seniority based on age so the oldest is the most senior in class and the most junior is the youngest. After this is done they will write on the board the equipment and bases available and people will pick based on seniority with the most junior getting what is left over. This is all done within the first our you are at the academy.

I wouldn't even use the company's last offer as toilet paper.
I was told they proposed FO pay to start at $30/hr and top out at $49/hr. After 4 years with the company and an upgrade, CA e175 pay would be $78/hr and max out at $120/hr. That's higher than Skywest.

The company LBFO has a B scale for new E175 Captains. Definitely a drop in pay.
