There's a huge difference between minimums and what is competitive. If you believe you don't need TPIC to be competitive, you're dreaming.

Yea but I know guys who upgraded on a Tprop for the pic and theyve been passed over for FOs with jet sic so be careful of absolutes-Its a different time in aviation.
