Will Republic Be Able To Get 500+ ??

PIC is not required and may not even be desirable at airlines who fear they may lose a large share of their pilots to legacies. Those include Jetblue, Spirit, Virgin and so on. The idea is that these pilot will be less marketable to legacies and therefore tend to stay longer.

FYI- Leather jackets are NOT approved at RAH. If you were referring to a company approved trench coat, wings are not to be worn on the exterior. If you were referring to a company approved blazer, then carry on. Also, as part of our winter uniform, let's all make sure to wear our hats

You haven't attempted to raise a family for 6 years on FO pay have you? You haven't tried to stay married, double legging it to reserve while holding eleven days of during that period either.
I bet you were not furloughed during the worst recession in recent history and your health insurance doesn't reduce your take home pay by 30%. I bet you didn't spend six years, trying to stay sane in overcrowded crashpads while stressing over that $600 interest payment.
Many of us did. I'm not whining, I know I can handle anything life will throw at me. I'm smarter, more skeptical, and less receptive to bull****. Right is right, wrong is wrong, and i'm getting ready to cash in on my dues.
As a pampered product of the early 00's, you shouldn't accuse a senior RJ FO of being a whiner. Chances are that he has been beat down, hardened and learned how to deal with guys like you. You will soon fly with them.
Welcome to a generation who has indeed experienced life.

It's hard to know exactly what the Legacies are going to ask for since they haven't but a small trickle in a long time. Once the hiring picks up we will have a better idea. The general consensus is that PIC time, while not required, is a desirable thing to have on the resume. Guess who generally gets hired first.
