If you are not hurting for new hires then why give them a 5k bonus and get rid of training contract? In other words, why make hiring more attractive?

Im sure rp management is like hey we'll take eagle pilots at doh To cover flying. Make this process easy on yourself and look at reality, don't believe all rumors. And don't make ones up so that you sound like you know whats happening.

look for some kind of asset swap between AMR and RAH. RAH gets whats left of Eagle and AMR gets Frontier and all of its Airbuses.
