It is short sighted. Forget soft pay.... Yeah, we have none. Thanks for pointing it out, nothing new there bud. What I can tell you is that a friend of mine at another regional, similar DOH give or take a few months, made nearly $12k more than I did in 2014 at one of the aforementioned regionals. Also blocked 40 hours less than me for the year. Something tells me that has a whole lot more to do with hourly wages than soft pay. An hourly wage gap of $10+/hr is pretty significant, soft pay or not. Just sayin'

The company says no, and we couldn't staff them anyways. BB tried the big boy airline, and he failed miserably at it. They will lease them to someone if they can make some cash. God I hope they don't end up being flown at RAH!
