Compass isnt an entry level airline? So you're saying people go to an "entry level" airline like rah to build time and move on to the big time airlines like compass? You do realize Compass is just another crappy regional right? Just wait until section 6 comes around with Hulas. You'll see where you stand at that point.

I'm referring to the fact that RAH is geared towards rapid overturn as management intentionally antagonizes its workforce. In addition to bottom tier pay, RAH purposely encourage pilots to leave for other airlines. Compass, still being a regional, isn't much better but is a step up in many areas and while the average applicant at RAH is of entrylevel material (CFI's etc.), Compass seems to attract people with prior 121 experience. While I wouldn't encourage a lateral move, if given the choice, I believe he should choose Compass. This is my observation.

This is the pathetic diatribe of someone who thinks they work for a "good" regional. There is no such thing so quit your holier than thou mentality. It is humorous to me how pilots can be elitists at this level. Grow up.

I don't work for Compass and I don't think my airline is better than most others. Besides, I draw little amour-propre through my employer. See my previous post for what it is, one pilot offering his advice to another.

Not sure where you get your info, but they are both bottom tier regionals. Actually they both have about the same number of prior 121, but I believe Compass gets the better quality applicant. Also many more lifers at RAH!

No that's backwards. Although Compass is a great place to learn on the smaller equipment, once you feel you're ready to step your game up while treating yourself to an upgrade head over to the RAH 190.
