Right now No. 30 out of 55 in LGA is a 2012 hire who holds commutable four days.

Republic is well know for shorting you on pay also. This happened to me several times while I was there, and I hear it's still a problem. They use Excel to track pay! If you go there, be sure to double check your pay.

Still that was $42k gross, and I bid for the most days off possible, never worked extra time or days off, four day trips. So that doesn't take working great lengths to hit, just the co min 82 hour lines each month.

And my point was made by the Eagle, XJT, and Skywest guys. With their soft pay they can credit 120 hours. Best you can do here is 100, maybe 110 if you're Jr RSV and get used every day.

You can feed your family, but it's below average among our peers.
1. I'm 36.62 but I've been on RSV since 2011
2. 75 hours on RSV x 36.62 is a gross of 32, 958 not counting per-diem, or vacation that seems to be unpaid every year anyway, or at least that's what payroll says...Plus payroll subtracts 5hrs from my guarantee most months due to MIL leave. So that's a factor too.
3. Those were my gross numbers not my box-1 wages.
4. The only month I broke guarantee on RSV was this year, working on a holiday. I dhd too much on RSV. 9 hrs dhd for 6:30 flying over four days, seems common. I've done that multiple times this year. 30 hours DHD in one month, a while back.

Funny how we both have second jobs though!

Just got an email from RAH. Apparently no more training contract for 145's or Q400's.

RAH Contract NOW! | Teamsters Local 357

This gem from the company....this can be found on the "no spin zone" www.myrahworkplace.com under the negotiations section.

"The Company and the union join a new mediator next week to continue talks on a new contract agreement. COO Wayne Heller recently provided an update on pilot negotiations in a webcast. Despite a struggling airline industry, particularly among regional carriers, REPUBLIC IS NOT ASKING FOR WAGE AND BENEFITS CONCESSIONS AND HAS OFFERED PILOTS A PAY INCREASE THAT BEATS INDUSTRY AVERAGE".

AWESOME!

So CHQ new hires do not have to sign the two year training contract anymore? This is confirmed by RAH? Does that affect the signing bonus?

It is confirmed by RAH and I don't know about the signing bonus. I would assume its still there since those are two separate things.

Where would YOU like me to work? I've already been at an airline that has a good contract and look where that got me.. I'm just trying to make a living. If you don't like RAH nobody is making you work there.
