I am not gonna argue that my regional is better than yours...It was my decision to accept the offer.

You don't have to explain yourself. While i would not cross a picket line, I would not not take a job just because someone else would be better off. While yes it's nice to help fellow pilots out, but the truth is also that we are competing against each other for these jobs.

Hey man, I'm not trying to make that argument. I have really good buddies at every certificate of RAH. I'm wishing you guys the best... I really hope you can guys can stop the corner office scumbags from continuing to rub RAH pilots' faces in the mud.

I especially have a lot of respect for the FO's over on the CHQ side who are senior enough to upgrade on other certificates, but instead remain right seat. They are also seeing a lot of disrespect from the 170 guys... I find that appalling, to be honest.

??? If they are senior enough to upgrade, why don't they? As a senior 170 FO who could upgrade to the Q or the 145 now, I must say that I don't see disrespect being given to anyone wearing a red, blue, or grey badge.

Your wrong on both counts. If you're an FO and can hold an upgrade on any other cert, it's yours. If they haven't upgraded but could hold one, it's by their own choosing.

And there is no disrespect by "170 guys". Our three certs are about tight as I've seen. Blowing smoke..
