I doubt you read the latest PDU, but in it the EXCO discussed how much easier it is dealing with F9 management than RAH management.

If you are asking this questions then I would really look into why you'd like to work for this airline and you don't understand how 121 world works.
I am sorry but gone are the days of people getting the base they want in training/interview/after IOE. Any airline will assign you to the base they want. Until you show up at the class , nothing is certain.
Know this, you will be much happier person.. Otherwise, stick to the Part 91 world.

The IBT had nothing to do with getting KCM for F9. Bendo our COO stated it was the right thing to do, after seeing an number of things the employees had done that were above and beyond the call.
If the RAH side had offered it the IBT would have likely turned it down stating they were trying to sway the pilots in contract talks.

Thank you seattlepilot for not answering the question. Im not sure why you are so miserable, but good luck with that the future. I don't know why everyone on these boards are pilots if they hate it so much. Regionals are not a dream job. Got it. But if you have a better way to progress in this career field, im all ears. I don't expect it to be the best job in the world, but its flying, which i love. I don't understand whey everyone who is so miserable seems hell bent on trying to make everyone else just as miserable. Maybe thats the only way you'll feel better. I dont know. But please take it elsewhere. Your whining makes what would otherwise be a great pilot resource almost unbearable. So please for my sake, and for all of us who enjoy what we do, and REALIZE WHAT A REGIONAL IS(yes, even RAH), go take your misery somewhere else and let us big boys have a conversation.
