Any chance of the 170 on the Republic side?
Yes. They are continually hiring onto all 3 certs.

Uhm, what?
It's just that I never thought I would see the day where airlines are trying to get pinnacle pay rates. A few years ago pinnacle had the reputation for being the worst.

RAH pilots are in no way trying to get pinnacle pay rates. The COMPANY is low balling the pilots by using their rates as a starting point in negotiations. Pinnacle rates are the low end starting rates for the company.

As for others looking to come to RAH: Im not an advocate of this company at all, but seniority is everything. The company is hiring a whole lot right now and I personally know its probable hiring will pick up even more as the year goes on and into next year. Getting in on the front end of a big hiring wave can make an enormous difference in your QOL. Some other airlines do have better contracts, but seniority is everything. IF, and its a big if, you want to work at RAH, apply asap.

There are several side bars, go through all of them before you make a deccision.

Balanced? A website made by management? A management that clearly has disdain for its pilots?

Wow, what a management puke!

Now there is no doubt in my mind you are not an RAH pilot. You probably work for RAH, but not out on the line. Not a single pilot would promote a website full of misinformation like that. Im not the biggest IBT advocate, but that website is so blatantly full of half truths and propoganda, there isn't a line pilot anywhere who would buy into it. It was put together by a company that specializes in union busting. You and all your other screen names on here need to stop pretending to be an RAH pilot.

Haha..yeah, you should really read management propaganda because everyone knows that airline management truly wants the best for their pilot. They have a history of paying their pilots the top wage of the industry and never lies to their Haha

You really can not be serious by calling it a "more balanced view"

I'd recommend RAH. The contract is very outdated but it will bring you $23/hr your first year plus a $5,000 signing bonus with no junior manning and NO airport standby reserve. With the added Q400's comes pressure from United on the company to get a new contract in place soon. All 3 certificates are hiring. No regional is perfect but this company is well diversified since they fly for most of the majors instead of limiting their growth to feeding just one major airline like some regionals.

Sound like nothing has changed there from when I hired on in '07 as FO. As far as I know, none of my classmates have upgraded yet, and it has been five years. That's why I don't work there anymore. No change in pay, QOL, etc.
