Oh, and don't forget "They took our jobs!" Shy, just forget about PinneColAbba and move on.

Chief, if all you're looking at is the 10% paycut, you're being shortsighted. Take a look at what management proposed for medical/insurance benefits, and that should really shock you. One or two injuries that require some serious attention could seriously put a huge financial strain on you. The medical bennies are far worse when you look at what they've proposed. Add in all the other soft stuff, like loss of min day, per diem cut, 401K retirement match loss, cut in work rules, and you'd be surprised how close you come to RAH.

Just curious how you got that. Even the company imposed q400 rates are higher at rah than they are at colgan. They will likely increase further once the process plays out.

Post the rates, didn't even know RAH had rates other than lynx

The company and the union have agreed in the interim to pay E145 captain rates for Q400 captain

Partially correct. The union agreed to 145 CA pay rates if the company allowed seniority to determine who could bid the Q. Basically allowing a current 190/170/145/140 CA and current FO's to bid over as long as his seniority can hold it, should he so choose. Our current contract does not allow a CA to bid over to a lower paying equipment. The company said no. So the union pulled the offer and has told the company that the Q falls into our 60-78 seat pay rate and should be paid as such. The company has said that it will impose 145 CA rates.

That would be higher than the current Colgan captain rates, right?

However I would guess the overall Colgan JCBA is better than the Republic contract.

Nope the CJC Q400 Rates are higher. Also as y'all don't get weather cancellation pay (think EWR) have fun loosing thousands per year.......

They aren't higher than CJCs rates.

Looks like the rates on APC are wrong. I was making $71.35 an hour on 6th year pay before I left.

When I glance at the payrates listed on this here APC website, RAH E145 CA rates are higher than PNCL Q400 CA rates and RAH FO payrates are higher for all years outside of the probationary year.

With as many posts as there have been like this, one might think RAH pilots haven't been flying out of LGA, ORD, IAD, CLT, etc. for over a decade now and don't have any experience losing pay during irregular ops...

Are the payrates at the end of this document not the current Pinnacolaba rates?

The pay rates on APC are wrong. With the Captains I was making $71.35 on 6th year pay before I left. At the end of the deal CJC rates both FO and CA on the Q were higher than Horizons on the Q. Plus with min day, leg by leg block or better, full cancellation pay etc. overall compensation is MUCH higher than the RAH contract

Those places (yes even LGA) is a cake walk compared to EWR ops.
