My point of view is the Rev has FOs stopped at 4th year pay. Those FOs ($36.62 club) are complaining about lack of pay raises and upgrade (unlike all the lucky CAs who upgraded in 2 years or less).

So the Rev proposes a pay bump for FOs only knowing it was illegal and it would never go through.

Now the Rev has FOs once again knowing they'll jump at any opportunity to leave the $36.62 club and join the $56.26 club.

I don't see any longevity rated coming soon for the Q pilots. Just know what you are getting into before you bid for this golden opportunity.

Not only are those Q rates less than the Colgan Q JCBA rates, but it is less than the pre contract Q rates given to Colgan by Dot an Mary.

Your Q rates are current Colgan Saab rates. Sad

You guys need to chill. There are no formal rates published anywhere. The company and union are working this out right now. In the event there is no agreement, the contract is very specific what the interim rates have to be until an arbitrator decides the final scale. The rates are based on the number of seats. So a 6th year captain which will be what almost all are will be getting around 73 an hour. The company may try to break the contract to keep 145 CAs from bidding it to minimize training events. If they go this route, theyll do so knowing the grievance will be lost and back pay owed to those who hold the seat. Unfortunately the company still wins in that scenario by keeping current captains from bidding it.

This is a contrasting statement. There are no published rates, yet the contract is specific on interim rates?
When has the contract ever been specific? The company finds loopholes everyday. The rates are based on the number of seats for turbojets not turboprops which is why they announced they will be paying these ghost interim rates not published anywhere. Well we come to find out Lynx pilots on the Republic certificate are being paid Lynx rates -10% (FAPA concessions).

The union fought this since day one and the results of the arbitration is supposed to be out in July, we'll see, but these rates are awful and so is RAH management. Shame on them for exploiting their workers.

The Q should pay 70 seat rates per the RAH contract but it won't because the company found a loophole in this so called specific contract.

Overheard a chq pilot on the hotel shuttle on his phone saying that Colgan didn't deserve the Q and that republic will do a much better job. Enjoy EWR with no mx or wx cancellation pay suckas!!

and btw turbo props are always considered secondary in the pay department so expect your fifty seat jet rates. seems to be industry standard on this airplane.

Please stay away from any bridges. It was not a contrasting statement. The company has not formally announced pay rates because negotiations are taking place. Lets wait until we find out the result before getting so upset. JD is the cause of most of this unrest. He is not the final authority on this matter.

Dont you already have rates? I was under the impression that Republic is curently flying 4 of them and has been for awhile. Also given that your pay rates are way below industry average on everything else and you are unable to secure a contract, why do you think you will get better rates on the Q?
