Default Republic base

Just trying to figure out the junior base. If hired at republic what is the chance of getting GSO out of class? Do you have a choice of what company to go to?

Thanks

I think GSO is relatively JR if not the JR base. Ive heard you can put off a class you dont want like CHQ or Shuttle but only once or twice. Theres no gaurantee that the next class offered would be a republic class though. What happened to that PC12 deal?

You can give your preference in an interview, but it's no guarantee.

Don't base your decision to come here on being based near home, if that is in fact your line of thinking. This company opens and closes bases on a whim, for example MKE, GRR, etc.

What's your guys take? I Was just offered the job and was told I could bypass upto 3 class dates. Should I hop in the 1st available class or hold out for a Republic or Shuttle slot? The main reason I am looking to possibly holdout boils down to the non-rev benefits being much better with the other 2 certificates. Please chime in with y'alls thoughts.

Always always always take the 1st class. its all one list and whenever hell freezes over and we get a new cba FO's from rp will be moving in ahead of you for quite a while on shuttle.

Depending what base you get chq you get them all except AA, which are useless anyway.
