I look forward to this lawsuit being played out. I'm particularly interested in seeing if a judge thinks this has merit, and if the company can actually disprove the content of rahcontractnow.org.

Do you have any other options? Other decent regionals are hiring. Do you really want to work at a place where instead of fairly compensating its labor, management sues their union for slander? Things are getting messy here. If you get hired, we'll welcome you with open arms. Management however won't think twice about throwing you under the bus if it benefits them. Please consider ALL of your options, & think about whether you want to join up in the middle of a war. There will be a time when it's smart to come to RAH. Now is not the time.

Guys,
I'm sad to say that what Weasel Boy says above is VALID information that should be considered before making your decision to come. I've personally experienced AND witnessed this airline furlough the bottom 120 to 150 pilots 3 out of the 4 previous years I've been here. Folks considering this airline, need to know that seasonal furlough's are a very real part of being employed here, simple as that.
On the topic of interview gouge, I would hope that those that have interviewed and have been hired would make that info available. I know its not much help but I do know that we are doing IOE next month on classes finishing up their training this month. Maybe those guys will put something here or the usual places we go for gouge. Wish I had better info but what I could tell you would be outdated stuff as I've been here 4 yrs. If I run onto anybody new I'll try to talk them onto posting their gouge here. Best of luck to those who apply!

Thank you for the encouragement. I really appreciate the help and it is nice people stay on topic. I am aware of everything at the company as I have a good friend working there that got me the interview. I wish people would stay on topic, but I knew this would happen. It happens on every thread it's to be expected it's a place for us to vent and what not. Aprpeciate the information everyone.

Oskeewowow, are you from UofI? I only ask because of the CHIEF!!!! That's where I went. Right now I have a class date with GoJet and I am aware of their reputation. I have interviewed with a few other airlines and either got screwed over by them or simply didn't get the job for reasons unknown, but Republic is an outstand choice for me now because it is only 45 minutes to an hour from my house and my buddy has good things to say about it and I have known him since I was little. I apprecaite the information. If you need to PM message me, but I am not sure if I can receive them yet.

Let me rephrase my last. It would be perfect for me as it is close to two of their bases that they have. If not oh well that's something that regional pilots have to deal with getting a base they do not want. Thanks though!

You... RAH management loves people like you! This is the reason why things will continue to go the way they are, a Regional Pilot is a professional, until people strait acting like one management won't respect you!
