I left XJT after 3 years for something that seemed greener, but was a huge mistake. I also learned this lesson the hard way.

I'm a member of the 36.62 club at RAH. I have good friends at XJT that started at the same time, they're captains. I'm 5+ years and still can't hold upgrade.

My friends that are at about the same seniority as I as XJT FO's make about 50-58, I W2'd 42 for 2011. Being a very senior FO, I fly with very senior "lifer" CA's. The only CA's that make over 100k here are the 15-20 checkairmen. Otherwise, they earn around 90-98. Soft pay makes that much of a difference. Plus, the top two in base get 17-18 days off, all the rest get 15-16, with the lower 20% getting 13 and reserves getting 11. That's even on your vacation months.

Morale is so low here that even guys who used to tell me they'd decided to stay here forever are applying and leaving.

There's no comparison. No way I'd leave XJT to come here.
