Good Luck!!
I have to admit, I appiled to RAH. However, after reading the link, why would anybody do that to themselves? Seriously?...HNL to LGA?!

another groups "playbook" is good at another company. each company has different strategies.

bottom line is a new hire here better save all their money cause it wont last long. heck, these silly rates can be removed tomorrow under force by the NMB.

Well that's just the thing..... they ALL did it to themselves!

The HNL base was staffed entirely with vacancy bids because it was outside the scope of the contract. Instead of waiting for things like a pay override and other contractual protections (via the union), people volunteered to go out there. Not a single one was displaced there against their will.

So I don't feel bad when those guys all got dumped back to the lower 48. They knew the risk when they went out there. Don't confuse a good story with the facts
