Don't come to RAH, you will probably be fired or furloughed out of training as part of the negotiating process. Besides as soon as you get here you will be looking for another job so save yourself the trouble and just go directly to the next one.

That would be great! Frontier was always on top of my list of places to work and I used to jumpseat on F9 every week. Awesome pilot group! But as it stands right now, I wouldn't touch the company with a 10 foot pole or even think of working there unless this whole mess gets squared away.

First, a quick search on this forum will quickly identify my biased perspective against the IBT and their mission against the Frontier Pilots. With that being said, I don't have anything against the individual RAH pilots, even the ones on this board who share a different perspective than I do on most things "republic".
How can you have a problem with the IBT, but not with the individual pilots?? Those individual pilots ARE the IBT.
The 'IBTs mission against the Frontier pilots' is coming from ALL those individual pilots, collectively.
I recently received a certified letter from the IBT 357 informing me they were going to require management to terminate my employment if I did not join (or pay dues) to the IBT 357. I view this action no differently, than if each and every one of those 'individual RAH pilots' had handed me that letter instead.
And to you native RAH/IBT 357 pilots, I am and will be professional. I would never deny a jumpseat. But to me, it is personal. I view each of you as a threat to my job and my career (mainly because you ALL just threatened my termination). Don't be surprised or confused, when you meet me in the concourse or crewroom, and I am not greeting you with a smile and a high-five.

1.) Is the IBT 357 some rogue union that is acting against the wishes of it's membership? If so, the membership needs to get that fixed, or get a new union.
2.) The holding company that owns your airline also bought Frontier Airlines. Why is it that because of that you feel entitled to rape and invade the Frontier seniority list?
--Because that is the SLI award. It was awarded not a made up notion. It is EVERYONE's seniority list now.
You were hired to fly for a regional airline and transport another airline's passengers.
--They were hired to fly airplanes as directed by their trip pairing. They do that. They also fly passengers for their own airline now too.
You have not been working to finance some corporate transaction that your holding company chose.
-Uh, where do you think the money came from to do that very thing? Flying airplanes?
If Acme Flight Instructors of Indiana were to buy Republic Airlines, should all those CFIs be entitled to the top spots on your list? By your logic, they should.
-If their is a contract that has scope that requires it then, yes. Viola! The SLI is born.
3.) I also am trying to make a living. You and your IBT 357 are directly threatening that.
-The IBT is only enforcing the contract and its attachments. It is enforcing the SLI award. All the pilots on the SINGLE list are just trying to make a living. you are no different.
It offends me to have to pay dues to an organization that is trying to destroy my career and my ability to make a living.
-By enforcing the contract and its attachments? Your career is being a pilot. you are still being a pilot. We ALL partake in the ups and downs of the SINGLE list so none of it is singling out any group as you like to think. What your concern is about has nothing to do with the IBT but a SLI award that is done. Dot. Period. End.

I don't understand why the native RAH guys are ****ed to see F9 separating. They say they don't want my seat. They say they have no desire to work here. So why are they ****ed? I would have thought they would be wishing all the F9 guys fair skies and good riddance. ![Confused](https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/images/smilies/confused.gif)
