Curious in general how people pack and/or what Republic supplies if anything that would be useful during the winter months in the northeast. FL native and my winter gear is lacking, so with black friday and a few deals popping up, wondering if I should start preparing now in some way unless they give you certain items. Seems like a packable puffer would be a good idea for overnight exploring.

We have a 3:1 jacket we can wear in place of blazer/sweater. Also pack gloves, winter hat and you’re set

Black only and they have to look like dress shoes from the cuff down. Do some people just go straight out cowboy boots that obviously break the uniform code? Sure, but save that for when you have enough seniority and swagger to not give a ****. Not something for a shiny new FO still on probation.
The winter clothing Republic provides is more than adequate. You will just need to supplement it with gloves and a plain black winter pulldown hat.
