This whole post comes across as "it's everyone else's fault but my own" why I'm still at a regional.
As we all know, Republic is the only airline that has closed a base. No pilots anywhere else have ever been forced into a commute.
To the rest of the prospective pilots: don't be like this guy. These types of people, who do nothing but complain, are miserable to fly with. Own your situation. If you're not happy, make a change. If someone isn't getting hired in this hiring environment, it's virtually guaranteed they're the problem in one way or another.
