Am currently contemplating Republic but need some insights please
1. Would the aviationinterview.com questions that pilots feed for their interviews be enough to study for the interview and pass it with no issues?
2. How much time would one need to study for before going for the interview.
3. Anything else I should prepare for or good tips.
thanks in advance.

1. Yes assuming your general commercial pilot knowledge is solid too.
2. Put some effort into it but a couple of days a couple hours would do it... again assuming good foundation. Know how to read a metar and a taf, know the abbreviations.
3. Dress nice and relax. Republic is a nice combination of high standards/professional but not uptight. Act like you want the job and take the interview seriously but also be yourself.

I found the interview gouge on that website to be pretty spot on overall. I spent about a week studying pretty heavily - using those questions to guide my study time, and felt like I was well prepared. In terms of how long it should take you to prepare, that really depends on what kind of flying you've been doing and how fresh your instrument knowledge is. If you're a CFII and instrument current, it's pretty straight forward. Be sure to look over Jepp charts.

And be careful of some of the answers listed on that website. I used it a couple years ago to interview at RAH, the questions were pretty much spot on, several of the listed answers were wrong. I ended up taking the questions and looking up / using my own answers. Good Luck!
