1. Varies, but from most perspectives, it’s as solid as a regional can be.
2. Yes, callout to the GATE in two hours
3. They are pre-awarded. This isn’t like bidding, so you can’t put vacation days on top of trips to get out of them. Your trips aren’t assigned until after your vacation
4. What’s your idea of a decent hotel? No one can agree on this point.

I can't speak to a whole lot of the questions since I just got here but as for the training footprint for me it took 2 months and 5 days. Never had any repeats of anything but also never encountered a delay due to sim availability or anything. The instructors are all pretty great and the training really isn't that bad, AQP makes it super manageable. As for IOE there was a bit of a backup, I waited 22 days after my LOE for my first trip. That may have been because I finished my LOE really close to Xmas and no check airmen wanted to work over the holidays so that time may be going down or holding consistent I don't know. Just my experience with the training process, hope this helps.

Past few classes have had a couple people each assigned SDF. I don’t know about IND though, I think IND comes and goes in terms of getting it out of training.
