Hey guys i am sure the answer to this might be somewhere in the threads but i tried looking to no avail. Wanted to know that how long is the training period and where does it happen? Can we commute to the training or we have to stay there for a “certain” period of time. I am from MIA area.

When you get the dates for your training events, the company moves around, there is no need to commute in the traditional since. You can come in two days early to get settled in. There are finer details to the schedule, but I will hold off until they are asked in person in class. With the weekly starts of new hire classes and the smaller class sizes, the training delays that you can read in the history of this forum have been greatly reduced.

The new hire foot print is about 45 days. I think it takes about 90 days give or take on the calendar to get the whole foot print trained.

Generally it's 2 or 3 weeks in the training center at a time. All of the classroom training is in IND. The 2 weeks of sims is in either STL or CVG
