Hey Everyone,
I’ll be starting at republic early 2020. I’m trying to get an idea of what you could potentially be making years 1-3 and when I should look for the upgrade.
I will be starting with about 2500tt ATP and close to 1000 hours of creditable time towards the upgrade. (135 commuter PIC time). I’m hoping to get BOS, don’t know if any lines have come out to bid on there yet.

The airline profiles section has accurate information on pay rates. Plan on 75 hours per month, it’s possible to make more but for the sake of being conservative use 75.
Read the details on the signing bonus and don’t forget you’ll pay taxes on that income- you can plan to keep about half of it.
Your 135 time won’t count towards the FAR required 1000 121 time needed for upgrade. Tour 2500 total will count for the company requirement of 2500 total time.
Upgrade right now is about 18 months, if you work hard you could have your 1000 hours of 121 by then.
Just remember that the upgrade time is 18 months now but it most likely will be different in a year- it’s not at all predictable in the regional world right now. Don’t try to chase the short upgrade time at any regional, chances are you’ll be disappointed.
If a Republic base looks good to you then it’s a great place to be right now.
