I'm looking at coming to Republic. I live in Providence, RI so if Republic has a BOS base it would definitely be the best option. Does anyone know what the deal is with the BOS base? Some people say it's closing, others say it will still open December 1st? All the Republic ads online are advertising the BOS and SDF bases.

Okay thanks. Also how is the training at republic? I'm type rated on the E145 so I have some jet time, however people have said Republic's training is really difficult?

With a 145 type I’m sure you’d be fine. You have a good foundation of knowledge to start with. Remember, many people come here with no jet time. Training isn’t more difficult than anywhere else. I think what you may hear is because of the fact that Republic hires so many people, they also have a number of people fail since the new hire groups are so large. But not at a higher percentage if that makes sense.
