I think of all the rumors I've heard over my time, this one has some real teeth to it. We have an average of 34 daily departures from BOS on the DL side in August. Only LGA has more. With DL growing there, that number is likely to go up. Would be great if BOS opened...less shuttle flights for LGA spread those awful flights out!

Meanwhile Skywest is flying delta 175s in lga, msp, dtw, slc, sea, and lax. But Republic is perfectly content adding another northeast base flying bullsh*t shuttle routes.

Having family in the BOS area, I’m actually excited for the possibility of this being a thing. Out of curiosity, where do those BOS departures go to?

It's Delta flying, so a lot of LGA, our outstation bases, JAX, BNA, etc.

We fly to about 28 cities from BOS. I figured it out the other day. Some are weekends only but a lot are continuous. And we are adding EWR, ORD, and more CLE.

You're thinking too small-minded. Boston is just REALLY far west.

Republic will never go west. They’ll never be anything more than an east coast outstation regional. Hope everyone that accepts a job here likes flying delta shuttle, because that’s all you’ll see 90% of the time.
