Bi-monthly. 15th and last day of the month.

Typically you get 1/2 of guarantee at end of month. On the 15th you get the per-diem from the previous month, and any hours flown over 75. This is how Republic does their payroll and several other regionals.

What are you talking about? Bi-monthly means twice a month or once every two months. In this case it should be obvious it means twice a month. I believe another poster gave a more detailed answer about how our pay works.

Yeah, well aware of what bimonthly means, which is why I asked my other question. I was simply asking if the hours were split from the previous month which is why it becomes the "twice a month" scenario and not once every two months. But I got the idea. Not you but clearly other ppl didn't get my question. Easier to hate than to understand. Thanks for your help.

Each check includes half of guarantee from the previous half of the month. The check on the 15th includes all credit above 75 hours, all per diem, and any other stuff like bonuses.
