The facts and data are written in the CBA’s.
Endeavor (ALPA) currently tops hourly pay. Their current CBA followed Republic’s (IBT), which is just right behind in hourly pay, but is still the old contract. Republic still holds better work rules than Endeavor and currently has the best in the regional industry. Skywest (Non Union) would then be next, THEN all the rest, which includes the other ALPA carriers, which actually are still far behind Republics CBA.
I support ALPA in general and I’m told they work at mainline. They don’t work at regionals compared to outside unions and the proof is above.

He can't do that, from the depth of his knowledge in his posting I would venture to guess he is not even on the line yet. His posts scream "I'm in training sitting at home waiting on sims, but I know everything already because my Dad once knew a pilot and told him everything there is to know!".

That’s unfortunate, I’m all for a spirited debate. But ya gotta be able to back it up with facts. The immature level of aggression needs to be toned down a bit also. I’m truly curious about his claim of better work rules with Republic and Skywest against Endeavors. Also, what is the monetary negotiated value of said work rules. Because it all costs the company something and should be counted towards total compensation
My favorite things about Endeavor
- Hourly pay includes all the bonuses
- CIH 2nd option PS
- Premium pay open time
Dislikes
- NYC co-domicile shafted on ground transportation
- Green days/ no reserve transparency
- No duty rigs

EDV’s CBA followed RAH’s CBA.
This was proven way in the beginning.
Then some Nancy’s get on because they got a little offended that the point was proven. So now we’re here due to the maturity of a couple momma basement dwellers who have zero connection to Republic.
