I don’t think the JVs and the DALPA pilot group are moving along like EB intended. 2018 was also not as good of year at they planned on.

Fun fact: Apparently BB proved to DL management that their customer experience surveys essentially prove nothing though. What he did I’m not sure, but that’s what we were told.

United is still the only one playing the true whipsaw game and it shows that’s their primary business strategy still. 8,9,10 feeders? Or whatever they have now. Regionals without resources and absolute terrible performance given contracts proves it’s still the low bidder wins.
Delta favors Delta, don’t kid yourself.

Yes, YX has really nice DOT scores. But DL is grading their DCI partners off of FFDO, CF, D0, A0, 3hr delays, and NPS. You can go look them up if you have access to DLnet. YX is not hitting all of those and I assure you they care about all equally, regardless of what you heard from Ops and the magic beans BB sold to ATL.

You can't serve three masters. As BB found out recently, all it takes is for one of them to say "This idea is not in our best interest". UA and AA are not going to let DL take RJET to the west.

Free tip for the new pilots at Republic. Management loves to start rumors! They literally start with the training center instructors, who pass them to new hires. Sometimes even BB himself will pass a juicy rumor to calm the masses (happened all the time pre 2015 CBA, and of course just prior to loa). A certain indoc instructor literally loves doing this! Trust me the training center staff knows very little about what BBs plans are, and if they do, they would not be telling a new hire.

As far as Delta not caring about the surveys, I very seriously doubt that’s true. We literally have a new customer service manual because of our lack of customer service. The LCAs are now pushing this issue with the new captains. Most of the issue is not pilots IMHO.

What about the guys in charge at ops and the chief pilot talking to a recurrent class? I get it you can’t believe everything in management, but their integrity goes south pretty fast if all they do is lie and I doubt they want a miserable pilot group again. They’ve been down that road already and moral is pretty high with all the new hires the past few years.

Yes Delta does care about the surveys, I never said they didn’t. We have a lack of customer service because of lack of pilot announcements apparently. They told us that BB proved the business customers mark any answers to get it done and get their points and they’ll answer negatively on questions that have nothing to do with YX’s control. True or not, I don’t know but they’re saying our customer service is why DL won’t give us flying over OO. Oh and I totally agree most of it is not because of our pilots, just look at the new MST guidance/memo. Following that step by step screams lack of customer service all over it.

Don't you fly mostly put of LGA where customers are PO'd from the time they step put of bed in the morning. Might skew the CS results a bit.

You are kidding, right? I mean you can't be that naive. With negotiations with Compass coming up, what did you EXPECT him to say?

"Gee, Compass is actually so essential to us we'll pay whatever HK asks to keep them flying for us?"

It's like an Arab bazar, everyone lies and nobody takes the first offer, but eventually a deal gets done.

Oh please. You’re saying he put on this show about how this is supposed to be a secret event and he leaks this video as a way to negotiate in public with Compass. Take the tinfoil hat off....

I’ll take off the tinfoil beanie when you take off the blinders.
