Yes, i'll give give Gravity88x that cookie - for whatever reason it was in my mind that YX was an ALPA carrier at this time, mi culpa - maybe it's age showing or perhaps I just had the chemtrails button on too long that day. But I am aware of the fact that YX is in fact represented by the honorable International Brotherhood of Tru...Teamsters.
That being said, the OP still needs to talk to whoever the appropriate collective bargaining unit is and find out what exactly applies to their situation. Regardless to which company they work(ed) for "return to works" always have if than statements and hoops to jump through on which internet forums are not the first stop in interpreting.
But I'm sure with that type of tenacity to skip the important part and go straight to policing the forum is what makes Gravity88x a great gear puller for the person making the decisions in the left seat! Should keep it up, doing a great job!
