You can buy an employee access membership to the Delta Sky Club. I believe it’s about 350 a year? Or you can get the Delta Reserve CC, it’s 450 a year. You get access to the clubs and 1 round trip ticket for a guest each year.
The delta lounges seem to have the best food options, but it all depends on where you live or commute to and what lounges those airports offer.

People pay for that privilege you know.
And it’s not like the (frequent) flying public doesn’t recognize a freeloading crew member.

The problem with AA, UA, and DL lounges is they now require not only a membership but also a same day boarding pass.
Maybe you can try eBay to see if people still try to sell their United MP CC annual passes on the cheap. It’s against the rules but people used to do it. They still require a same day boarding pass though.

Ah this is very true, I’ve only ever used it when doing my cross country commute in “street clothing”.
