I think too many voters were intimidated by B.B. and thought if this got voted down they would get no new LOA at all. I heard many Captains go “something is better than nothing!”

I think if it was flipped the other way around with only a 30 win on the no side going back to the table would of been useless might as well of waited until the fall for a full CBA... The company has the money the need either way now to merge and the company event next month will be the big announcement.

This is just my opinion. 49 percent of you are hosed by a spineless group of know-nothing pestilences that would sell their soul for a bit of snake oil. Do you know the market you’re living in? Clearly not. Do you follow the history of your own airplanes and equity within? Clearly not. For if you did you’d know that your services are already being used at a thankless discount. Anything less than 9E was unacceptable. Most of you said so yourselves. Anyway, to each their own, maybe.

EDV rates were impossible. Non wholly owned carriers just aren't going to match EDV. Pay keeps going up and up. Do you think rampers, SOC, gate agents etc see raises and bonuses like this? Vote down a contract and say hello to stalled negotiable for years.
