If you agree you should match Endeavor then a yes vote would be a concession. And if you are looking at bailing in the next year you would be doing all the new guys a disservice by giving them a concessionary contract for the next three years when pilot demand is at a all time high.

My point: there is just such a HUGE disparity between someone just starting out in their flying career (the time and debt required to reach mins) and what regionals are doing now to get butts in newhire class versus what they were just offering not 4 years ago or less. Don't get me wrong tho, I want to be paid as much as I possibly can. Just want to keep perspective even if mine is a bit dated.
