If you agree you should match Endeavor then a yes vote would be a concession. And if you are looking at bailing in the next year you would be doing all the new guys a disservice by giving them a concessionary contract for the next three years when pilot demand is at a all time high.

That's ok with me, seems reasonable enough. Only point of disagreement would be the pilot demand situation. Witch is kind of why I decided to chime in at all. I don't know as many CFI's as I did when I was younger so I am not sure how they are viewing the industry. But I couldn't possibly imagine that guys building to ATP mins making $15-25hr teaching or hauling banners would think that regional pay is anything to laugh at. Not calling anyone a liar, but that is just so far removed from where things were only 4-5 years ago when the "1500 Hr Rule" went into play. Just think, Great Lakes is still around hiring 250 Wet Commercials to fly a de-seated 1900 on EAS routes.

My point: there is just such a HUGE disparity between someone just starting out in their flying career (the time and debt required to reach mins) and what regionals are doing now to get butts in newhire class versus what they were just offering not 4 years ago or less. Don't get me wrong tho, I want to be paid as much as I possibly can. Just want to keep perspective even if mine is a bit dated.

Congrats everyone! RA has always helped step it up for our profession.

When are the rates in effect?

The next leap year, but only for those who voted yes.
