“We aren’t worried about FO pay for years 1-3, because we believe upgrade will decrease”
Well I guess the Teamsters didn’t learn from history. Exactly what brought the pilot group the 36.62 club.
If this thing passes, good luck to the junior FOs.

Let me translate for you! Many believe the FA contract at Republic resulted in some extra votes being counted. Oh and lets not forget about the old business agent, who borrowed a few hundred thousand $ from the pilot group. Oh maybe when the airline division tried to force the pilot group to vote on a substandard TA in 2014?
Also it’s just a little odd that they are pushing this LOA so hard. Very very odd. So no I don’t trust them!

No fear mongering here! Only facts and quantifiable data.
Fear mongering would be making the statement “we don’t believe upgrade time will decrease under the current CBA, and it could actually increase. We do believe growth with the new LOA will result in a decreased upgrade”. Don’t fall for it!
I will emphasize learning from the past mistakes of the pilot group, and leave the fear mongering up to the local.
