Oh and if you want to reward the senior guys, then why not match the 401K at 9E? Why not require the company to pay bonuses to all pilots on the seniority list? If the company isn’t going to use the max, then it shouldn’t be a issue!

I was referring to the NC member who was for every POS the company has put out, including the first LBFO. But yeah very similar to the Bryan.

When this passes, are you going to accept the new pay rates or hold firm to your beliefs of the industry being ruined and quit?
