Oh and if you want to reward the senior guys, then why not match the 401K at 9E? Why not require the company to pay bonuses to all pilots on the seniority list? If the company isn’t going to use the max, then it shouldn’t be a issue!

Defending UNLIMITED control over bonuses and tuition reimbursements is a hard sell to a group of voters who will see NONE of it.

I was referring to the NC member who was for every POS the company has put out, including the first LBFO. But yeah very similar to the Bryan.

If MileHi wasn't such a charlatan, he'd give you a legitimate response to that.
And the answer, of course, is that the company will use the max when they need to. But not on the voting members of this "union."
They will not entertain any restriction on their power to screw you, and MileHi is their mouthpiece. Literally.
