Second, for someone who seems opposed to this LOA, I'm a bit confused. Your most recent post that FOs should be concerned about this passing because it might lead to increased captain retention. A few thoughts. One, that statement acknowledges that the NC strategy of retention would be working. Two, this is to ensure staffing certainties during periods of growth actually DECREASING upgrade time. And third, it blows my mind that you would think it smart to lower captain wages to increase attrition. That's the exact opposite of what we'd want. That logic sounds, well, silly.

But facts, meh. Come see the latest Avoidance and Misdirection Show, brought to you straight from MileHi and the other 2 people who agree with him.
You are still tilting the table for them, friend. And you are still screwing the front-line pilots all over again. So just own it.

First, the past and present E-Board along with the NC unanimously support the LOA, meaning they are idiologically aligned. It would be shortsighted to think they would be dismissed from a NO vote.

All of the king's horses and all of the king's men couldn't put him back together again.
MileHi only defends those offers to the pilot group that give away more potential upsides to everybody but the pilot group.

Now your being silly! If Republic cut captain attrition by 50% it would most certainly be very bad for new hires. I will try and break it down for you. Reduced attrition results in a increase in upgrade time for FOs. I wonder how many FOs would stay if upgrade went to 6 years? The issue isn’t captain retention smart guy, it’s FO retention and recruitment! Captains are suppose to leave, and go somewhere better(with the exception of those over 15 years maybe). The basic idea of republic being a career airline is flawed. It’s not 2002, and the game has changed.
Oh I don’t think the current Eboard would dismiss the NC. no they would have to be removed first, and then the NC could be removed. Listen I thing you guys on the NC did a great job at getting a LOA fast, but the quality is horrible.

You should probably get back to working on the road shows. Oh and maybe have Brian practice before hand, so he doesn’t stutter when asked about 3.O.

Sanitorium residents, serial killers, genocidal maniacs, airline CEO's, and even MileHi and a few of his union friends.
They all fervently believe that ONLY they are right. And that only they are doing the right thing. While they dick over everybody at will.
It's a strange thing. A conundrum. And it's a sickness.
Thankfully, I believe that most of you can see right through him. So, I will be more than happy to take any and all insults. And I'll even throw some out for levity.
Now tell us again, MileHi, why should we vote YES to giving more control of more of our hard-earned gains to more people that don't work here yet or haven't worked here for long? Oh, that's right...because we got a fraction of that back.
