As * keeps reminding us, this is not a TA. It's an LOA.
By his own admission, this is what MileHi voted to give all of you two years ago (copied and pasted):
NEW HIRES a 74% gain for doing nothing,
topped-out FO's a 37% gain for a few years of service,
1st year Captains a 24% gain for about 8 years of service, depending on upgrade time,
10 year Captains a 17% gain for their obvious 10 years,
and 18-20 year Captains around 10%.
Only the last two categories were even here for that 12-year, single-contract period. Only the last two categories watched their purchasing power decrease, and their cost-of-living increase. By huge margins.
And this is what his spectacular LOA expands upon. And he claims that Republic took the high road. You are a comedian on your days off!
Is this what representation means to the 2,080 individuals on the seniority list?
Because management intends to give you as little as POSSIBLE, while giving new-hires whatever is NECESSARY. There's a big difference between the two.

I suppose, since they’re appointed by the E-board. I’m sure if it was a overwhelming no vote, they would be gone though. Probably 60/40 yes, but the honeymoon will be over for many FOs.

I don’t think this LOA will stop a 10 year captain from leaving, but the 15-20 will probably stay put. I would be concerned about the upgrade if I were a junior FO.
