It better be at least whatever Endeavor is now, not three years to catch up. Word on the street it is at least Endeavor rates. We should get the executive summary be out tomorrow, so we will see. Who knows, maybe we got JetBlue rates.

I hope you’re right! They would still get 51% if it catches up in 3 years, but it would be very close. Hopefully they release the pay tables with the summary, and not just select years.

Read the union blast. It says rates are increased at the same percentage for captains and fo’s. Even if it doesn’t match endeavor rates this is the best way to do it. Captains got essentially nothing last contract.
Also some food for thought is will the industry follow endeavor? I personally don’t think it will. Considering Mesa signed a terrible deal and SkyWest is locked into 1% raises for five years with terrible work rules, I’d say it is not looking great. Best thing to do is read the ENTIRE proposal and see if it meets your needs then vote accordingly.

I've been told it eventually tops Endeavor. Improves 401k, PDO's and other things. Without one concession. Even I'm impressed. Combine your new rates with your avg line credit is around most likely 85 plus your health care is better than them. Also they get zero HSA money. The avg line holder at EV has a 75-77 hour line with 14 days off. A Republic Pilot will now be the industry leader. Nice work I'm pleasantly shocked.
