Sounds like they really want relieve from 1500 hour rule. Hopefully they realize that will not fix their problem. If we don’t at least match Endeavor within a year, we are going to have big problems. Upgrade will stagnate, because they will not be able to staff the right seat.

If the rumors I keep hearing from people are even remotely close to being true, we should not have any issues attracting new pilots while retaining our current pilots for a longer rate than they have been. Luckily, the vast majority of people leaving have been moving up and not laterally.

Tons of rumors circulating around, the same usual burnt out peeps calling for doomsday scenario (I Remember the rage on here abut the end of the company when bankruptcy was declared) and the hopeful group.
Someone is definitely spreading rumors of pay increase around the corner, who? true or not? impossible to know.
Anyone with an ounce of economics understanding though, would think that if this company doesn't want to get back to endless cancelations due to lack of pilots by the Summer, and honor its contracts for the 3 companies that own it at 62%, management will need to respond to Endeavor's new CBA, quick. Will they? Impossible to know.

Unfortunately it's not a new rumor, but there is no substance to it. Plus, There is nothing to buy out as they don't own anything.
