We get rental car benifits, those are usually a better shot than making it on with your family on any of the big 3.

So if i get this right:

On American we are D3, unless its our own metal
On United, we are behind all United employees/family/retirees
On Delta, practically the same on united?

No, you are always AAC which is above a D3 for non Republic flights and above a D1 if it's our aircraft.
No, depends on operating carrier and if its express vs mainline, but if it's our Aircraft then you get SA0X which is the highest priority except for a United Vacation pass.
Delta has the simplest priority chart, we are S3C no matter who the operating carrier is.

Actually on Delta, if it's a Republic operated aircraft, we are S3.
