Reading that and the explanation of how to read it in post 352 answers your reserve question.

Answered above AND numerous times throughout this thread. While reading IS fundamental, comprehension is important too! Take notes as you read...we try to help but it does get tiring answering the same questions over and over again every other day. Just like once you get hired, self study is important!!!

Trips are pretty similar no matter where you are based. Sure, some bases may get more over nights some places then others, but you are basically flying over the whole network on a trip. i.e., just because you are based in ORD you are not just doing Grand Rapids turns all day. You will go to LGA, IAH, DEN, ELP, etc. The E-170 has a nice long range for a Regional jet and the big three use that to its full advantage. They save most of the smaller hops for the 200s and 145s.

Nice, so no matter where one is based they may find themselves doing an overnight in Key West?

Yup, every trip has at least one long 20 hour Key West overnight. Sometimes two.

But only in June, July and August. In December, January and February it’s 20 hr lay overs in Green Bay, Edmonton and Buffalo!

Haha. 🤪🤯🤔

Now the most important question... trench or 3-in-1

Alright, alright, back on topic. Simple formula to solve all future reserve questions. DOH +3 mo, start counting rsv time from there (for the line holder list) - that’s it!

Merry Christmas to all (...from Green Bay, Edmonton, and Buffalo).
