It has usually been junior, however after it stopped growing last summer it has been about 8 months to hold a line. It was previously a month or so to hold a line. It should come back down if we get more UA aircraft and as more people upgrade with these big CA vacancies. So in summary, you can probably get it pretty quickly but you may spend a little time on reserve.

Same for DCA by chance?

It’s turned into the new ATL at my local airport, it’s daily direct service starting in May. RAH just went up on the list if there’s a chance I can get DC.

Most junior DCA FO currently is an October 2017 hire. The most junior vacancy award for this coming June was a December 2017 hire. So it looks to be pretty steady right now at 4-6 months.

Keep in mind 2 to 3 of those months will be spent in training/IOE so you’ll only spend a few months in whatever base you’re initially placed in.

CLT crew base?

Off the thread topic, but relevant to the topic of bases. I've noticed that all of Republic's maintenance bases are also crew bases, except for CLT and SDF. Any talk or educated guesses concerning a CLT crew base? Or, was it once one and they closed it?
