Impossible to answer. Too many variables especially with the constant bonus changes and retention payments. The one with the best contract, won't be a year later. 😳

Correct answer is who cares unless you plan on becoming a lifer and are tightly restricted to one geographic location with several choices from which you could choose. Just get your time and move on out ASAP to a company of your liking. They are all stepping stones for the greater majority of us.

I see your point. I'm glad your able to see the future with such clarity. What about for the others when that stepping stone becomes an island?

Envoy and PSA have the best first year compensation, I hear the schedule at PSA is really good. Both have great commuter policies, flow to American, pretty sweet deal.

Next would probably be republic. Good pay, almost as good as envoy and PSA, but tons of base options and great aircraft.

Endeavor has a fantastic deal, great pay, may actually be higher than Envoy depending on how the bonus is taxed. Great path to Delta, but terrible bases in my opinion

Next I think I'd be looking at skywest, pay is not on par with the others, but their pilots genuinely seem very happy there. Lots of West coast options.

The ones to avoid, in my opinion: Express Jet, Mesa, Compass (their deal with Delta is in jeopardy, and their pay is below market) and Horizon (union lawsuit, strike threat, terrible pay)

It's an honest 60k for the first year at both, with retention bonuses after one year.
Replublic says they pay 60k, but their including per diem in their math,. Envoy doesn't. I'm not as familiar with Endeavour, I think they have a 23k annual retention bonus. The sweet think is that's for all pilots, so when you upgrade with the bonus you'll be making like 90k.

Republic. Not the highest year 1 pay, but it's up there.

The only trick with Republic is making New York work for the first several months.
