Default jumpseat question

Trying to list at the gate for a delta flight employee by Skywest. Is there a secret for the gate to pull up the info? Gate says they can't find me

I always have issues (I work for SKW). Sometimes they just have to try it a few times before the system takes it.

Perhaps it's more of an issue with Skywest being non-union?

Why would that have anything to do with the CASS system?..

That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

It has nothing to do with the CASS system, more perhaps with individual employees who may have issues with their non-union colleagues. Anyways, it was just a thought.

When has that ever been the case with giving someone a ride to/from work?

If you are a Skywest pilot, then you will need to give your Delta PPR number, 400+5 digit employee number+0, unless you are an E175 pilot based in PDX/DEN/ORD/TRG. Then your number is 410+5 digit employee+0.

For example, if your employee number is 054123, you'll need to give either
400541230 or 410541230.

True story. Some of the outsourced gate agents have no idea about the zeros added to the employee number. When I was new to the delta system, I had an agent chew me out for not knowing how SHE needed to enter the employee number in the system to list for a DCI jumpseat. No joke.
