This. Also the SKW airline code is "OO".

That's "Oscar, Oscar", not "Zero Zero" (yes they make that mistake too).

But far and away the best way to list for DAL nonrev is to do it yourself on DLNet, and check in online. That way the gate doesn't have to do anything, you'll be on her list in priority order and you'll get assigned a seat with everybody else. Just watch the gate monitor to see what you get.

For the JS you do have to talk to the gate agent. If you're new, find a friendly gate agent who looks experienced and not too busy and have her show you how to list a SKW JSer. That way you can walk a noob agent through the process if needed.
