I'm curious where you got your facts and figures from, first of all. And if you're sitting on such a big pile of money, why are you worried about $300 for a passport. And if you're so worried about money, why you are going on a ski trip. Did Colorado pay you to come or something?

Before you turn this into an "I've got a bigger pecker" contest, there is nothing you can say that make anyone believe you. Even if you made more than dojet (which is possible), you won't be able to prove it here. Neither will he. Even a scanned W2 won't be legit because they can be Photoshopped. So slowly put the measuring stick and we'll all agree that your weiners are equal.

dojet you didn't say what you made though? You came in here and started flinging mud for absolutely no darn reason at all. Inaccurate as always. So what do you make there? How does an FO get paid as a CA?
PS ALOT is two words. A LOT. But I'm 24 so i don't know. How old are you?

so... how about them puppies??
ok time for my real question, does expressjet have some sort of preferrential hiring with CAL? I noticed on another thread there's always a number of pilots from expressjet going to CAL. Sorry to hijack this thread but I didn't want to start a new thread for this little question.

Seriously though, there is no longer a preferential hiring practice between CAL and XJT but a lot of our guys are going over there, something like 30/month. My thinking on this is just that there is a lot of networking that has gone on over the years since CAL and XJT used to be the same company and there was a flow through agreement for several years. The only things you need to get hired by CAL are a pulse and an "in".

I'm not worried about money I'm just worried about wasting money. A ski trip is fun and worth it. Shelling out $300 for a passport when I could purchase a roundtrip ticket from home to the mountains and back, or 4 good hard nights of partying with women, or 2 prostitutes, or 5 steaks at the best steakhouse in Texas, or part of a car payment, or 2 days of a chartered fishing trip, 1/4 of a deer lease, a digital camera, PS3, ipod, truck payment, 20 website porn subscriptions, ect. That piece of paper seems like one hell of a waste to blow $300 on when I can get it for much cheaper if I waited a tad longer.

How much I made is really between me and the IRS. But the years I was on CA pay rate, didn't work much. Didn't need to. ACA had the highest pay, most soft time, and best workrules in the industry. Never flew more than 750 hrs in year, but usually credited 12-1300. If you are as smart as you think and do some digging, you might be able to put the math together and come up with a figure, "chief".

You are 24 and know everything. Maybe you can tell me how I got CA pay rate. Maybe if you get hired at an airline, you can learn about CBAs's. Especially witholding, involuntary seat lock, pay protection, and invlountary displacement

I didn't say I knew everything. I was asking if they'd accept something besides a passport. I didn't know if they were doing it for TSA requirements when can use a passport or birth cert. You're just off on some retarded tangent.
And yes. 2 hookers is a wiser investment for $300 than a passport when if I waited I could get one for $100
