So...if I'm a Christian and I refuse to bake a cake for a gay wedding...I get sued. If I'm a Muslim, and I have to do something that violates my religion, I sue. Ok. Got it.

I have no doubt Europe will go from 1st world to 3rd world within the the next 30 years. Look at Sweden.....#2 country for rape. This is why I you will never hear me complain about immigrants from central and south america. They share our religion, values, and are super hard workers. Viva Cinco De Mayo!
Share our values? The values Americans share is life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. We have had people from all walks of life immigrate to this country (Quakers, Mormons, Irish Catholics, Puritans, Muslims, Indians, Chinese and more). The greatest thing is their freedom to practice their religion or non-religion of choice without the fear of retribution.

Amen. Thanks for pointing that out.

Yes if you operate a business you may not discriminate against people.

Companies only have to make reasonable accommodations for religious beliefs. As serving alcohol is an essential part of being a flight attendant she will lose her suit.

So, no you don't "got it"

$5 says she wins the lawsuit. Expressjet doesn't want to violate safe spaces now do they or create a discrimination PR nightmare for themselves. Let's face it, hurt feels are a hot ticket right now.

I could see XJT offering a nuisance settlement to the woman; but her actually winning the case, no way.

Well with this administration it will be the airline's fault.

I fully expect an EEOC investigation.

Express jet should sue her back for not doing her job! Why even hire someone who refuses to serve alcohol on a plane! I can't stand the ass hats this world has allowed to procreate.

Like Christian pharmacists who refuse to dispense birth control due to their religious beliefs? Or Christian county clerks who refuse to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples due to their religious beliefs?
