They voted to save their jobs and for ultimately was a great decision for them. Half the pilots at PSA are refugees from ComAir and other regionals with zero prospects and little hope for the future. Who are you to criticize their careers and their decisions? I'd say there are many at PSA who have sacrificed more than you ever will for this industry.

Oh my...at least you admitting that you've only been in the industry for a year and half makes sense, after a statement like that.

FALSE! How can you say something so completely wrong and the information is two clicks away??? Compare Envoy CA pay on the CRJ to PSA pay and its lower every single year.

Do you really think that pay rates determine how much money you make? Ha ha ha

Under PSA's contract, it is very easy to work 75 hours and credit 130. Every month.

You can not do that at Envoy.

And exactly how long did this last before the company shut it down?

I wished PSA voted no, I would still be based in CLT.

Thought of something post-worthy tonight... And this is just 100% complete and pure speculation. What if Envoy is in a unique position amongst the WOs? It flies and is certificated for the 145, CRJ, and the new 175s... Let's say for instance, PSA or PDT is unable to staff their flying (a very real possibility in the next year or so). Who's to say that AAG wouldn't just transfer the airplanes to Envoy and wind the operation down completely? And think about it... Having 3 WO regionals makes no sense from a cost perspective when the whipsaw is a moot point. Not saying that we'll all be merged, but I think the first to falter may just get folded into Envoy or wound down as the airplanes are transferred to Envoy. Anyway, like I said, pure speculation. I have no idea but I thought it an interesting prospect that no one has really talked about yet. I am starting to think that of the 3 WOs, Envoy may be in the best position to survive the next few years.

You mean the same mainline pilot who gave up scope protection to create a need for these bottom feeder airlines? Might want to reevaluate that perspective...
